Short, because there is not much to agree to: the app is free and you can leave whenever you like.

Using Daky

You need an account, and you must be at least 13 years old. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

The assistant is not an authority

Replies are generated by a language model. They can be confidently wrong, out of date, or invented outright. Do not rely on Daky for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions, and check anything that matters against a source that is accountable for being right.

Answers produced by the offline model on your phone are shorter and weaker than the usual ones. The app labels them so you know which you are reading.

What you may not do

• Use Daky to produce content that is illegal, that sexualises children, that harasses someone, or that is intended to deceive people into harm.
• Attempt to extract credits you have not earned, or to spoof the ad reward.
• Automate the app, resell access to it, or hammer the API.
• Reverse-engineer the service beyond what your local law permits.

If you see the assistant produce something offensive, report it from the reply itself — there is a Report button on every answer. We read those.

Credits and ads

Daky is free. Messages spend credits; you get some on signing up and can earn more by watching a rewarded ad. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not refundable — you did not buy them. We may change how many a message costs, or how many an ad is worth.

The toolbox and the offline model never spend credits, and they work with no connection at all.

Your content

What you write stays yours. You give us permission to send it to an AI provider and store it so the conversation is there when you come back — nothing more. Deleting your account deletes it; see the privacy policy.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, with no notice and no reason. We may suspend an account that is breaking these terms, and will say why unless doing so would help someone evade the suspension.

No warranty, and the limit of our liability

Daky is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable, lose data, or answer badly. To the extent your local law allows, our liability for anything arising out of the app is limited to what you paid us, which is nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms; if a change matters, the app will say so before it applies. These terms are governed by the law of Morocco, where the developer lives and where the app is run from. Nothing here takes away rights your own country gives you as a consumer.
